KEVIN MUCAJ
BIO

Kevin mucaj was born in Valona, Albania, on April 2nd 1994.
On 2012 he moved to Florence, after winning a scholarship. Once he finished his studies at The Conservatorio Luigi Cherubini of Florence, he decided to remain in the Tuscan capital.

Being active in Europe like Soloist and in Chamber and Orchestral Ensemble, he played in several professional orchestras like the Maggio Musicale, the Orchestra of Bologna Theater Municipal and in different orchestras in France, Germany and Austria under direction of Director as Michael Tabachnik , Philippe Von Stenaecker, Timothy Brock, Laurence Equilbey, Roberto Abbado, Philippe Herreweghe, Juraj Valcuha.

From 2012 to 2021 he played in about 800 concerts in Orchestra and 500 in Chamber Ensemble and Soloist. Specialized in the Baroque and Classic music and has been working for 4 years with a French Orchestra of early music with period instruments.

Orchestra Conductor

Kevin Mucaj is Orchestra Conductor and founder of the “Florence Baroque Academy” Orchestra with which he released 2 album on 2018 and on 2019: “Four Season” (A.L.Vivaldi) and “Die Romantische Ciaccone” (J.S.Bach).

He won the “Akademia Musc Award” of Los Angeles, California, for the best Classical Album and for the best Artist of 2018 with his “Four Season” (A.L.Vivaldi).

The collaboration with Elfland Studio begins in 2008, during the recording of “Four Season”, for the production and recording of 2 albums. Since 2020 he joined Beng! Dischi and started the compositions of classical works.
